We accept secure payment options for your convenience which include bank transfer. Cash payments are also accepted upon arrival in Nepal. A deposit of 20% advance payment is required in order to confirm the booking. The remaining balance will be settled when you arrive in Nepal.

Our services are fully licensed and insured as per the rules and regulations set by Nepal government. We ensure professional trekking guides, reliable logistics, and comfortable hotels and transportation. Since trekking involves inherent risks, we take every reasonable measure to provide safe and well-organized trips for you to make your trip remarkable. Personal travel insurance covering trekking, medical emergencies is compulsory for all trekkers

Nepal Trekscape is located in Sorakhutte, Kathmandu. Our office is easily accessible as you can find it in google map and you are welcome to visit us for trek consultations.

20% of the advanced payment made for confirming trek booking is not refundable.

There is no any age restriction. Children and senior trekkers, beginners trekkers are welcome on moderate treks, ensured they are physically fit.

Wi-Fi is available in all hotels of Kathmandu and Pokhara. But during treks, Wi-Fi connectivity can be limited and unreachable as you reach higher altitudes. We highly recommend you to enjoy the digital detox and beauty of Himalayan while trekking
