Today, meet your trekking guide who will brief you about the upcoming trek and help you prepare your equipment. Spend the day sightseeing in Kathmandu, visiting significant cultural sites such as Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, and Kathmandu Durbar Square. Optionally, enjoy a traditional Nepali dinner. Overnight at the hotel in Kathmandu.

Take an early morning bus or a short flight to Pokhara, a scenic city located by the lakeside. Upon arrival, check-in to your hotel and spend the day relaxing or exploring Lakeside streets and engaging in activities like boating or cycling. Overnight at a hotel in Pokhara.

Fly from Pokhara to Jomsom, offering spectacular views of the deepest gorge in the world, the Kali Gandaki Gorge. Upon arrival in Jomsom, trek through the riverbed of Kali Gandaki to Kagbeni, a picturesque village and the gateway to Upper Mustang. Overnight in Kagbeni.

After a permit check, trek upstream along the Kali Gandaki riverbed towards Chele. Pass through Tangbe village with its white-washed houses, apple orchards, and barley fields. Cross the river and ascend gradually to Chele, characterized by beautiful Tibetan-style houses. Overnight in Chele.

Today involves crossing several small passes. Trek uphill to Dajori La (3735m) via Taklam La (3624m) to reach Samar village. Continue along the trail, crossing Bhena La (3860m) and Yamdo La (3860m) to finally arrive at Syambochen.

Cross Syamgboche La (3850m) and descend steeply along barley fields to reach Geling. Trek to Charang amidst barren hills, passing small monasteries and Chortens. Ascend to Ghami, crossing the longest Mani wall in Mustang. Visit the 4-century-old monastery in Charang. Overnight in Charang.

Ascend over an edge from Charang into the Tholung valley, passing through a dry, sandy landscape. Reach Lo La (3950m) for the first view of Lo Manthang. Descend to Lo Manthang, passing ancient ruins and fortresses. Overnight in Lo Manthang.

Explore Lo Manthang, visiting ancient monasteries like the Monastery of Victory in Namgyal and experiencing the unique culture of this former kingdom. Enjoy the colorful desert landscapes surrounding Lo Manthang. Overnight in Lo Manthang.

Depart Lo Manthang, climbing to Chogo La (4280m) for a final view of the fortress city. Descend to Ghar Gompa, one of the oldest monasteries in Upper Mustang. Continue to Ghami village for the night.

Ascend to cross Ghami La (3765m) and Nyi La (4010m), enjoying stunning views of Nilgiri (7061m). Descend past small villages and return to Samar. Overnight in Samar.

Trek back to Kagbeni via Mustang Khola, retracing the trail along the Kali Gandaki River. Pass through Chele and arrive in Kagbeni surrounded by apple orchards. Overnight in Kagbeni.

Trek back to Jomsom, enjoying the views along the Kali Gandaki River. Spend the day exploring Jomsom. Overnight in Jomsom.

Fly from Jomsom to Pokhara, taking in the panoramic Himalayan views during the short flight. Explore Pokhara's attractions such as Davis Falls, Mahendra Cave, and Begnas Lake. Overnight in Pokhara.
