Itinerary

Arrive in Kathmandu International Airport and our staff will pick you and transfer to your hotel. Spend the day exploring the vibrant streets of Nepal's capital city, soaking in its rich cultural heritage and bustling atmosphere. Buy all the things for trekking.

Today, we go on a drive from Kathmandu to Dhunche (1960m) which takes about 6 hours. This journey offers picturesque views of Nepalese countryside, passing through charming villages and alongside rivers, with stunning glimpses of Himalayan peaks such as Langtang and Ganesh Himal. Overnight stay at a tea house lodge in Dhunche.

We begin our trek towards Thulo Syabru Village (2200m), the largest ethnic Tamang village in the region. The trail takes us through stone-topped local houses adorned with Buddhist prayer flags, offering excellent views of Langtang Lirung and the Tibetan mountain range. The trek takes around 5-6 hours.

Leaving Sybru Village, we ascend through forests of hemlock and oak, passing schools and monasteries along the way. As we climb towards Sing Gompa (3210m), known for its Yak cheese factory and Buddhist monastery, we are treated to beautiful landscapes and mountain vistas.

Today's trail climbs gradually to Lauirbina Yak (3920m) where panoramic views of the Nepal and Tibet Himalayan ranges await. Continuing upwards, we reach Gosaikunda, a sacred lake with stunning surroundings including Saraswati Kunda and Bhairav Kunda.

We trek north from Gosaikunda, passing smaller lakes and eventually ascending to Laurebina Pass (4610m). Descending from the pass to Phedi (3740m), we continue our journey to Ghopte (3440m) with a mix of ups and downs through scenic landscapes.

From Ghopte, the trail ascends to Tharepati and then descends through fir and rhododendron forests, offering captivating views of the Dorje Lakpa range. Eventually, we arrive at Kutumsang (2621m), a charming village nestled amidst picturesque hills.

Descending from Kutumsang, we pass through Gul Bhanjyang and ascend once more to Thodang Betini. Continuing through Brahman and Chhetri villages, we reach Pati Bhanjyang (1860m) before finally arriving at Chisopani (2194m).

The trail leads us through oak and rhododendron forests towards Borlang Bhanjyang (2440m) and then descends to Mulkharka (1800m), offering a spectacular view of the Kathmandu Valley. We descend through the forest to Sundarijal and drive back to Kathmandu.

Farewell dinner at evening with Local food. Overnight at same hotel in Kathmandu.
